A chance to spend some time tackling different types of problems and puzzles. From Sudokus to Futoshiki to the Junior Maths Olympiad, this is a great opportunity to stretch and challenge your mathematical ability.

Senior Maths Club

Each year MTS participates in UKMT Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Team Maths Challenges, as well as the Hans Woyda maths competition. The focus of the Senior Maths Club is to dedicate time towards the extension of students' mathematical ability by engaging in UKMT style problem solving. If you enjoy maths and would like to partake in a fortnightly activity which will utilise your skills in a challenging environment, then you will enjoy the atmosphere fostered by like-minded students.

Mathematics Society

An opportunity for Sixth Form mathematicians to research and lead presentations to their peers on any mathematical interest of their choice.
