Rugby Analysis

An opportunity to review game footage to further your understanding of the game. We will focus on a different aspect of the game each week, using footage of our your own games via the Veo cameras or clips from professional matches. Everyone will be able to give their opinion and can discuss what they see in order to benefit others. We will use it as a session to focus the training during the week and to improve on areas that may need work after a prior weekend fixture.
