Dan Sowood (2007-2014) I am currently in the fourth year of my Physics PhD at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge, having graduated from St John's College, Oxford (Chemistry) in 2018. My current research is in the field of 'plastic electronics': polymers and other 'soft' materials which are nonetheless semiconducting. These have major applications in OLED displays, wearable electronics and other off-grid situations.
