Mark enjoys developing and realising health system strategies in conditions of unusually high political and economic uncertainty, challenge, and change. His core competencies include the development of healthcare financing, public private partnerships, and system-wide healthcare governance. Over the last two decades, Mark has advised diverse governments through work for Bupa Group, the World Bank Group and WHO, and now does the same through the Asian Development Bank. His mid-career was in the UK NHS, NHS Overseas and UK Department of Health. His early career was with NatWest Bank, the Royal Air Force and Esso.

Will has over 8 years' experience in the Financial Services sector and is a chartered accountant. He has worked in a large, global bank as well as a smaller, UK-focused bank - there are pros and cons to both which he would be happy to talk about. Will has held a variety of roles from Product Management to Strategy to Finance; his current role allows him to combine his interests in both finance and business, by guiding the commercial teams on financial impacts, strategy and decision-making. Will looks forward to talking to students about career paths, degree choices, personal development and their own aspirations.
