Having started her career as a graduate trainee in Financial Services, Rakhee has had a varied career in the public and private sector. She has worked on several exciting Commercial projects including COP26 and G7, Russian Sanctions, Afghan evacuation, FCO and DFID merger, crisis response to repatriate British Nationals in response to Covid-19. Rakhee currently works in the Cabinet Office Complex Transactions Team on some of the highest profile and complex commercial programmes across Government.

Joe started his career in the insurance industry with RSA in 2009, taking part in the Graduate Scheme, specialising in Motor and EL/PL Claims. In 2010 he moved on to an Underwriting Graduate Scheme at Brit Syndicates, rotating through many areas of the business such as Property, Terrorism, Marine Liability, Marine Hull, Satellite, Cyber and FI, before coming off the scheme a year early to underwrite North American Professional Liability Binding Authority business. Whilst there, Joe specialised mainly in Architects and Engineers, Miscellaneous and Allied Medical E&O, but gained a wide experience in the management of niche/specialist MGAs. He moved across to Chaucer in April 2015 to deputise on the Specialist Lines team, writing a range of US Casualty/Specialist Liability business. Since April 2019, Joe has headed up the team, which includes E&O, GL, Life Sciences, Medical Malpractice, Miscellaneous Casualty, Transactional Liability, Financial Institutions and Title lines of business.
