Daniel Abrahams, CFA, is the CIO at Alfreton Capital and has been the Portfolio Manager since he founded the Alfreton Leopard Fund at Praxient Capital in 2013. Previously, Daniel had been a Partner and Analyst at Praxient since its inception in 2007 and played a key role in building their team and processes during its first five years. From 2003 to 2007, he was at Deutsche Bank, where he predominantly worked on European M&A mandates. Daniel began his career at Arthur Andersen in London and began investing in equities as a teenager.

James joined M&G Investments in May 2021 as an ESG Analyst in the ESG Research team, sitting within the wider Stewardship & Sustainability team at M&G Investments. The main focus areas of James’s role have been undertaking quarterly ESG reviews across Equity and Fixed Income strategies, assessing ESG themed bonds and producing ESG research at sector, thematic and company level for the financial sector. James started his career in 2016 as a Junior Research Analyst with CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project), producing award-winning Investor-focused reports on a number of high-emitting sectors, focusing on how ESG issues could have a material impact on company earnings.
