Ian used his French for an Insurance company's emergency medical call centre - this was a requirement. He also supported Spanish customers in Spanish in a technical support call centre in Watford! He then fell into the world of recruitment, initially working for a multi-lingual only recruitment agency. Following 8 years in agencies, he worked in-house with companies including Cisco, Shell, Pearson, Sage and many other mid-sized or start-up companies.
