The individual boy There is no simple definition of a Merchant Taylors’ pupil. We cultivate and nurture the diverse talents and personalities of every boy; we do not look to impose a pre conceived model. This gives every boy the opportunity to find his own niche, develop at his own pace and thereby build confidence. This is all overseen by a tutor who will accompany each boy on his journey. Our underlying aim is that every boy is happy and fulfilled in his schooling. Indeed, the teaching faculty is united in the belief that a pupil who is at ease with himself achieves that much more.
