STEM Fair 2024

Marcus-Alexander Neil (OMT)

Engineering Sciences, University of Oxford

Head of Carbon Trading at DelAgua

As a carbon trader, Marcus-Alexander works with organisations and nations who are committed to reducing their emissions, often as part of a broader sustainability strategy which aims to slow climate change. One carbon credit represents the avoidance or removal of one tonne of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. As such, by buying carbon credits, emissions which cannot be avoided or reduced through other means can be offset.
