Mustafaen Kamal (2007-2012) wins Harvard Scholarship
Mustafaen Kamal is currently a Frank Knox Memorial Fellow at Harvard University. The Fellowship is awarded to between three and six UK students each year and provides a 150% scholarship to study at Harvard University in one of their graduate programs. The scholarship is decided after considering "future promise of leadership and a devotion to the democratic ideal." Musty is pursuing an LLM at Harvard Law School, which builds on his degrees at the LSE (Philosophy and Economics), Oxford (Theology and Religion) and the Laidlaw Scholarship which he completed at Cambridge University. Outside the classroom Musty has founded two social enterprises in Pakistan (Dil Internship Project) and the UK (Close the Lockdown Gap) which aim to tackle inequalities in employment and education respectively.

MTS SCR Alumni We will soon be launching a programme of activity for those former members of MTS teaching staff who would like to stay in touch with the school and one another. This will include regular news updates and announcements, invitations to events, a directory of contact details of fellow SCR alumni, access to the digital Taylorian archive, and more. If you are interested in being part of this, please do get in touch with us to ensure we have your correct contact details. We will soon be emailing those we can reach with information about our plans, so please do spread the word among your former colleagues – your help with this will be essential – and encourage them to get in touch with the office. Please email development@mtsn.org.uk or phone 01923 845598.
