Shahil spent the first part of his career as a Management Consultant, working for PA Consulting in their Financial Services practice. For the last 9 years he has run PIVOT. This is a Real Estate Debt Platform - a non-bank lender - who provides loans for residential construction projects. The firm facilitates the development of housing projects and has lent over £400m which has supported the building of thousands of properties across the UK.

Rob joined the Deloitte Audit Team after graduating and qualified as a chartered accountant. He moved to the Deloitte restructuring team in 2007, qualifying as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2011 and was made partner in 2020. Rob currently works for Teneo Financial Advisory, which was formed in 2021, following the sale of the UK Deloitte Restructuring business to a private equity owned business, Teneo. Rob advises multiple stakeholders in connection with businesses that are distressed.
