Tom trades; buying and selling natural gas liquids (propane and butane), the primary building blocks to over 90% of the materials around us today. He navigates global markets, analysing trends, and making decisions to maximise profits based on factors such as supply and demand and geopolitical events on a global scale. Tom’s background in geology enables him to understand oil and gas markets and apply this to the current market dynamics.
Andrew Charlott (OMT)

Reliability and Maintainability Engineer at Martin-Baker Aircraft Company
Martin-Baker specialises in ejection seats for trainer and fighter aircraft. Andrew’s role is to ensure the reliability, maintainability and safety of these seats. The way this is achieved is by carrying out analyses to determine areas of weakness in the design and suggest improvements to the design team. He also assesses hardware after testing to report back to the design team any areas of concern so that they can improve the design.
