Third Form Trip to the Lake District

I n September the new intake of Third Form boys travelled to the Lake District for a three day residential. In England’s most beautiful setting the boys hiked up and down mountains, scrambled up gorges, got soaking wet, built shelters, worked as teams and most importantly, made new friends. The weather was (by and large) good, and everyone had a great time. Even the long coach rides could not dampen spirits. It was a great way for the boys to settle in and start their MTS journey together.

“The trip was a really good experience and

took me out of my comfort zone. Most importantly, I got stuck in and made

new friends!” Aaryan Pitamber (3rds)

“We were awestruck by the magical views of the breathtaking valleys. No wonder William Wordsworth called it ‘the loveliest spot that man hath found.’” Aditya Iyer (3rds)
